Orders & Shipping

How can I place an order?+

Browse our collections, select your desired pieces, choose your size and specifications, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order?+

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team immediately at duja@dujajewelry.com with your order number.

How do I track my order?+

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.

What are your shipping methods and delivery times?+

We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days within Bahrain and GCC countries. Express delivery is available for 2-3 business days.

How much does shipping cost?+

Free standard shipping on all orders within Bahrain. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location (7-14 business days). Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?+

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging. Personalized or custom pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

How do I return an item?+

Contact duja@dujajewelry.com to initiate a return. We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Can I exchange an item?+

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Contact us to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and secure online payment methods including Apple Pay and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?+

All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We never store your complete card information.

What currency are prices displayed in?+

Yes! Add a personal touch with custom engraving on select pieces. Choose from initials, names, dates, or short messages (up to 15 characters).

How should I care for my jewelry?+

Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store pieces separately in soft pouches to prevent scratching. Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.

What does your warranty cover?+

All DUJA pieces come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with materials and craftsmanship under normal wear, including structural defects, stone settings, and clasp mechanisms.
