At DUJA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Period

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition
  • Items must be undamaged with no signs of wear or alteration
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the DUJA box, protective pouch, and all accompanying materials
  • All tags and certificates must be attached and intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-engraved jewelry
  • Custom-made or bespoke pieces designed specifically for you
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items without original packaging or documentation
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Note: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, regardless of personalization or customization.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at duja@dujajewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label (where applicable)

Return Shipping

Within Bahrain: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for returns within Bahrain.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product)
  • It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at duja@dujajewelry.com
  2. Specify the item you wish to exchange and your preferred replacement
  3. We will confirm availability and provide exchange instructions

If the replacement item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at duja@dujajewelry.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Warranty Claims

All DUJA jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues covered under warranty, please refer to our Terms and Conditions or contact us for assistance.
